Research has demonstrated that passive motion is important in the repair process in both acute and chronic soft tissue conditions. Harmonics, or rebounding, is a gentle and rhythmic oscillatory technique which helps to trigger this soft tissue repair and can be used effectively in combination with a number of other bodywork techniques.
